1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, browsing, or using LeetGlow ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions provided by Ansh ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

LeetGlow is an independent browser customization tool for supported coding platforms (e.g. LeetCode). It provides visual themes, glassmorphism styling, ambient soundtrack playback, and custom wallpaper upload capabilities. LeetGlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LeetCode Inc. or Google LLC.

3. Free Access & Voluntary Contributions

LeetGlow is provided free of charge for personal use. Users who love the extension may choose to make voluntary contributions to support independent hosting and development via our Support page.

4. License & Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LeetGlow for your own personal coding customization. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit standalone wallpaper assets or themes.

5. Voluntary Support Contributions & Refunds

Voluntary support contributions directly fund ongoing CDN and server operational costs. If you contributed in error, you may contact anupamyadav6477@gmail.com within 7 days for review and assistance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Extension is limited to ₹100. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
